Lily's 14 yo check-up

Alweer een jaar voorbij! Lily werd 14 en kreeg vandaag haar jaarlijkse check-up. Ennio kwam ook mee voor zijn griepprik. 

Lily blijft in het 98e percentiel voor lengte (nu 1m74!) en in het 52e percentiel voor gewicht (50 kg). Haar BMI is opnieuw wat aan de lage kant (16), dus we moeten in de gaten houden dat ze wel genoeg eet.

Hier zijn haar meet- en weegresultaten:

Lengte: 1m74 (98e percentiel) (2 cm gegroeid op een jaar)
Gewicht: 50 kg (52e percentiel) (3,4 kg bijgekomen sinds vorig jaar)
BMI: 16 (10e percentiel) 

Bloeddruk: 100/54 en polsslag 61 (normaal)

Zicht: 20/20
Vaccinaties: griepprik + vingerprik ter controle van cholesterol en ijzerwaarden (normaal)

Length: 68 5/8 inches or almost 5'9" (98th percentile) (she grew one inch)
Weight: 110.2 pounds (52nd percentile) (she gained 7.4 lbs)
BMI: 16 (10th percentile)

Blood pressure: 100/54 and pulse 61 (normal)

Vaccines: flu shot + fingerprick to check cholesterol and iron (normal)

Ennio's 11 yo check-up

Ennio had his 11 year old annual check-up today and measures like this:

Lengte: 156 cm (6,5 cm gegroeid op een jaar) (96e percentiel)

Gewicht: 40 kg (3 kg bijgekomen op een jaar) (68e percentiel).

BMI: 16,4 of 34e percentiel

Ter vergelijking: Op 11 jaar was Lily 157 cm groot (96e percentiel voor meisjes) en woog ze 36 kg (45e percentiel voor meisjes). Ze was dus net ietsje groter en woog 4 kg minder wat aan de lage kant was (BMI van 15 of 8e percentiel).

English

Length: 61 5/8 inches (he grew almost 3 inches in one year) (96th percentile)

Weight: 88.8 lbs. He gained almost 7 pounds in 1 year. His weight is in the 68th percentile for boys.

BMI: 16.4 or 34th percentile.

To compare: When Lily was 11, she measured 62 inches tall (96th percentile for girls) and she weighed 80 lbs (45th percentile for girls). This was a bit low (BMI of 15 or 8th percentile).

Ennio's blood pressure was 100/54 (normal). Pulse 80. His vision was tested and is 20/20 for both eyes L and R!
