Playdate!

Today was an absolutely fantastic day!

I took the day off and Lily and I went to visit Erin and Summer for an afternoon playdate. Bonus: they have a beautiful garden full of flowers AND a pool!!!

I just love this picture of Lily. It is so typical her. She was picking weeds of grass and studying them (she studies everything!)

We also spent a lot of time in the pool. Our Lily-bug needed some time getting used to the water, but then she LOVED IT.

When mommy's around, everything is much much better!

The whole gang: all mommies and babies I know from my "Mommy and Me"-class, which I took way back during my maternity leave. We still keep in touch and see each other often (or as often as is possible). Very very cool!!!

How nice it is to have a day off in the middle of the week! It doesn't happen very often, so we enjoyed it even more!!!
