A day at Lake Balboa Park

Today, we went for a walk to Lake Balboa Park. The cherry blossoms are currently in bloom and the place just looked gorgeous. The sun was out but it wasn't too hot, there was a cool breeze in the air, making for the perfect afternoon walk!

I have to say, I don't know if Lily liked it too much (she seemed very tired, but didn't want to nap in the stroller, was fighting her sleep, acted a bit fussy,... I'm not sure what is going on, this is the 2nd day in a row that she's like this...yesterday, she cried each time we tried to put her down for a nap, and only wanted to be held... poor baby!), but anyway, I thought the fresh air would do her good, and eventually, once she was back in the car and we were driving home, she fell asleep in about 30 seconds! As I am writing this (10 P.M.) she is peacefully asleep in her crib so hopefully tomorrow will be better!

We're still keeping busy... We decided to start house-hunting (now that prices are dropping and interest rates are lower) and have seen a couple of open houses over the weekend. Prices however still seem insane in this (Los Angeles) area! Guess we'll just have to keep on looking until we find that perfect place!
